“I had a new roof installed when I moved into Olympia Glade in 1999. Not too long after it was installed, a leak appeared in a bathroom coming through the exhaust fan area. The roof installer, a good guy (really!), kept coming and trying to fix it. There was a 5 year warranty. He blamed the vent, and I think he put another kind on, but still I had the leak. After the 5 years, when he could have said it was my problem, he tried several more times. A neighbor hired Pat Herbert for some work and gave me a recommendation, he said Pat did a good job and his prices were reasonable. The leak was getting worse, so I called Pat. It took him no time at all to fix that leak, and his charge was very reasonable. He just finished some painting for me and charged less than we agreed on.”
