The other day I got a call from a woman who needed some help with an inspection report. We got to talking about our schedule and why we do not work on the weekends. Simple answer being we need a break, physically and mentally. Her response is one I will never forget. She said, "Wow, you guys are like 'human'". (Insert straight face emoji here, ha, ha!) Yes, yes, we are human. I think what she meant was that we are a family-owned business, we are hard working people in a small community and not a corporation. 

I guess because we are human, we forgot to contact our clients that wanted something done around June, it sometimes takes a week to get an estimate together and sometimes take a few days to get back to phone calls. Because we are human, we care about our work, we care about our clients and we care about our community. When they hurt, we hurt. When they are frustrated, we are frustrated. When they are happy, we are happy.

So if your wondering why we have not called you back or got you the estimate you wanted or scheduled the work we were supposed to do in June...it is simply because we are human.
