We need the weather to let homeowners know that there is a problem with either their roof or gutters. However, we cannot always work in the rain. This creates a unique situation to our already busy schedule. We sometimes have to reschedule the appointments that fall on a rainy day (some of them have already been waiting a month or two) and we try to juggle the new emergency calls we get. And unfortunately we cannot always get to the newbies.
This last bit of storms has set us back and brought in a whole bunch new work. Some people can wait, some can't; we certainly understand that. Sarah is working to get back to everyone who called in the last few days yet the phone continues to ring. While that is a wonderful problem to have we ask for patience.
