Hello Nevada County! We have changed our policy on the guarantee for a repair on a leaking seam. We will now guarantee the repair until the next rain after the initial repair is done. If you do not call us immediately after that first rain, we will not consider that a go back and there will be a service charge.
Fixing a leaky seam is a tricky task. Not only does the weather need to be just right for the sealant to adhere to the gutter but the gutters need to be clean and dry. People often time wait an entire season to call us and tell us their seam is still leaking, this needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
